Carlos Amaya is a young and passionate producer that is accomplishing great things with his coffee. He is the next generation, farming is family land, and working to do so in a sustainable way - we couldn't be more excited to be working with such a great family. In addition to his passion for great coffee he and his family are committed to being positive members within their community, going above and beyond for their workers, and making sure all their workers are paid fairly.
